service

Buying art from us means that you accept the following terms

Payment
⟡Payment is 100% upfront.⟡The customer will be placed into the queue until payment is made. Any work will not be started until the payment is done in case of partial payments.Refunds and cancellations
⟡Complete refunds may only be requested if little to no work has been made.⟡The refund amount will be docked depending on how much work has been done and will be sent with work.⟡Cancellations at an artwork where the piece is half finished (coloring/shading part)or finished pieces, can't request a refund.You as a client
⟡The piece can be posted on as many sites as the client wants, as long as the client credits us for the work.⟡The client can request the psd file of their piece only for personal use and can’t delete our watermark. No one is allowed to make changes on the artwork outside
of us.⟡The client can request WIPs of the work. This is limited to one time per week.⟡The client can request the artwork to be a private commission with a 60% fee of the final price.⟡The client can request changes when the WIPs are sent. The changes that can be done depend on each work, if the work is all completed it can’t be redone, but small changes are ok. Once we send it and you accept it we'll not make any changes. (this is applicable if you don't say anything when we deliver the final product)Us as the artists
⟡We reserve the right to refuse any commission without needing to explain the reason.⟡We can choose which pieces to post or not without needing to explain the reason. ADOPTABLES TERMS OF SERVICE

Buying designs from us means that you accept the following terms

⟡Once purchased, feel free to change the design as much as you want.
Once you buy it, it’s yours.⟡All sales are final, no refunds.⟡You can’t claim the design as your own, you MUST give credit at least one time.⟡You may not resell the adoptable with a price higher than the original (unless you bought more art for the character)
Trades and gifts are okay⟡Payments must be done within 24hr, unless you asked for a hold or a payment plan, otherwise the adoptable will be put on sale again⟡We can cancel an auction or sale without needing to explain the reason (even though this is extremely rare and would only happen for personal reasons). If that happens we will not ask for any payment and the design will be kept with us. Either way, we may let you know privately.Break these terms will ban you from future adoptables
